GCI on demand provides the company with the functional and technical wealth of the Generix GCI range of software. The company can roll out its EDI flows, whatever the exchange formats (EDIFACT, XML, X12, specific, PDF, etc.), transport protocols (EBICS, EDIINT, FTP, OFTP, X.400, WS, etc.), mode of communication (RVA, Pt to pt, Portal, email, etc.) or the complexity of your process business rules.

Through the GCI on demand portal (or "mygenerixsupport.com"), the user controls his applications, accesses his processes, closely supervises his exchanges and alarms, views his archives and accesses his application dashboards. He can also administer his communication, monitor his information or modification requests and manage his incidents.

The user hotline is available 24/7 in several languages.

Some of the most demanding organisations, such as Banque de France, Carrefour Group, or Henkel, currently use the services of GCI on demand.

To ensure a very high level of service, Generix Group has implemented a methodology and quality repository based on COBIT, ITIL CMMI and ISO standards. Generix Group regularly calls upon commercial auditors to check and certify the excellence of its processes: for example PWH for the SAS70 Type 2, or IBM BCRS for its recovery and continuity of service plan.

The GCI on demand application services are distributed over two ISO27001 certified data centres located in France. Generix Group thus guarantees the highest level of service in terms of intrusion security, fire safety, electrical availability, air conditioning and constant network availability.

The technological choices made when developing the GCI product range are designed to meet the challenges of our customers: architecture virtualisation, scalability, device and site redundancy, etc.

To meet the expectations of each company, Generix Group sells 3 standard levels of service available according to business needs, along with flow volumes and criticality.
