On this market, Generix proposes an original product offer in the form of software that can be integrated into an existing EDI/B2B gateway system, whether part of the Generix Collaborative Infrastructure range or not. Dematerialised invoicing is used in many cases as a supplement to EDI invoicing; this it why it is interesting to avoid fragmenting the different steps and to facilitate exchange operation and roll-out.
The GCI Invoice Manager software was developed to conform to European and national requirements. Since 1996, it has received multiple certifications by the MINEFI (DGI), along with the TAJ, Forêt Limagne, Logica-Unilog Management, AECOC and GS1 France consulting firms. It has also received Sabarnes Oxley certification.
GCI Invoice Manager allows the fiscal dematerialisation of all invoices sent and received, both between yourselves and pour partners and intra-group. Numerous dematerialisation scenarios are available to conform to the various European legislations. In France for example, articles 289' and 289 V of the CGI (French General Tax code) (structured invoices and signed PDF invoices).
The main features provided by GCI Invoice Manager are the following
